Plot twist, it’s actually great!
What a delightful surprise! The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with an amazing ensuite. We loved the ample coffee options and the delicious, generous breakfast. The bar was cozy and staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The roast dinner was extraordinary, possibly the best we've had! Can't wait to return!

Noise from the bar disrupted sleep quality as the music was intrusive late into the night!!! The absence of milk in the room for coffee upon arrival felt like a missed basic expectation!!!

I had a wonderful stay at The Percy Arms. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom had both a shower and a separate clawfoot bath, which was great for relaxing after exploring the area. The food here is fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the evening meals, generous portions, and good variety. Breakfast was enjoyable too, although the timing of service could be improved. I had issues with the poached eggs not being cooked properly, but when I switched to fried eggs, they were fine. A slight inconsistency in service at breakfast made it a bit hit or miss. Staff were friendly and welcoming. there were a couple of minor annoyances, like a lack of shelving in the bathroom for toiletries and a common odor coming from the kitchen in some rooms. Cleaning could also be better. I noticed a few dust spots in public areas. All in all, I truly appreciated the charm of the place and the quality of the meals. I would certainly consider returning despite the small shortcomings.

Delightful Lunch Experience
We had an enjoyable stop for lunch, savoring a delicious fish platter and hake. The friendly service brightened our day, though the presence of rowdy kids nearby made for a somewhat distracting atmosphere. For a quieter experience, consider visiting during off-peak hours.

Just an excellent fit for a city trip in Chatton with best value for money ratio. The seafood platter we shared was generous, but I found my burger a bit underwhelming. Try something lighter like a pie instead.
